Hey all, I was searching for alternate versions of “Franklin’s Tower” and came across your rendition from Berkner Hall – I was very intrigued by your style and looked into some of your other songs and wound up purchasing a handful from the MP3 store on Amazon. I started with some of the covers and after a road trip from FL to NY and back during which I popped in those songs at least 4 times a day, I grabbed some of your originals from Means and I gotta tell you, I absolutely LOVE them. “Seeds and Stems”, “Coming Home”, “Me and Bird” and “Let It Go” are all incredible, I can’t get enough of them! They all have very distinctive sounds but also go well together in a playlist. “Seeds” is definitely Dead-like, the Allmans would be proud of “Coming Home”, “Bird” conjures up old Traffic, and “Let It Go” struck me as being somewhat Little Feat-ish. I do not mean to say that you sound like these other bands but rather that you seem to be diverse enough to show many different influences from song to song. I am really looking forward to see what you’ve recorded on “What’s Done Is Done!” Guess I just wanted to thank you for the music you’ve created thus far and urge you to keep up the great work. I grew up in the Northeast but now live in FL so I am trying to come to grips with the fact that I probably won’t be able to catch you live BUT we do have a House of Blues here in Orlando – I know it’s getting cold up there, don’t you think you should come down and thaw out?!? Love your stuff – keep it up, Dave Orlando, FL

Hi, I came across your version of 'Good Shepherd' in this month's Relix Magazine. You guys are very talented when it comes to re working songs like that....and the guitar work is excellent. When can we expect more stuff from GCG? John Levin

Just happened upon you guys on youtube. I'm a 60 year old guitar player so youtube is rare for me. I'm a 25 yr. personal friend of Warren Haynes of Govt. Mule and ABB so I'm a bit hard to impress, but yall did DO that! I moved from Nashville to here in Delaware..I'll be looking for a close gig. Mike Boutwell

Found you through Relix. Fantastic, but was sad to see nothing posted on archive.org. Hope you make that choice soon. Realling looking forward to seeing you live.
